What happens when we, as mothers of emerging adults, are also the adult daughters of emotionally immature mothers?
Hi, I'm Simona Vivi H, remothering + empowered parenting coach at the Center for Remothering, and founder of reMothering.org. I specialize in supporting adult daughters of emotionally immature mothers... and many of the adult daughters I work with are ALSO mothers of emerging adults.
With all that our emerging adults are navigating (climate change, increasing divisiveness, job market uncertainty), they need us. But not in the same ways they did when they were younger.
Navigating this new phase of the parenting journey without having an aligned example from our own childhoods to reference, is a lot to navigate—emotionally, mentally, and practically—which is why I created this focused mini-workshop.
We may each be on our own unique journeys, but we don’t have to do it alone. There are strategies and tools that can ease the way, helping us to break cycles, and raise empowered, confident young adults.

Absolutely!
Whether you are parenting an inner child, or an offspring; a young child or an older adult... you are welcome. Join us for connection and tools. And, during the Q&A you are welcome to ask questions about adapting the tools to your particular situation.
What if I can't make it live? Will there be a replay?
Yes, everyone who registers will receive access to the full replay of the workshop.
If you can join live, we'd love to have you -- the energy of the live group, connecting with others in real-time, and the Q&A session are great opportunities. But if the timing doesn’t work, we understand that “life is in session,” and with our global community, time zones don’t always align.
