As the seasons shift and we can see holiday-time heading in our direction, sometimes our history-colored glasses come out in full swing, bringing both discomfort as well as opportunities to heal forward.

And do, while coaching is typically a longer journey, and there are good science-based reasons for that... I know (I really, really know!) how challenging the holiday time can be.  Which is why we brought the holiday-coaching option back again this year.  It's a one-time coaching intensive for you to receive support as you navigate this complex season.

Other topics that sometimes come up to be noticed around this time of year are incongruent pairs of feelings such as fortress walls of toughness paired with tender underbelly of not belonging.  Another example that is common at this time of year is a long must-do lists paired with a feeling of wanting to sloth.  This ping-pong effect is normal at this time of year, and a clue for some of the material we can work with in our session.
